Pastel’s Imaginarium (2025)

2025 / Performance, Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto

Pastel’s Imaginarium

By Andrew Gaboury with support from Frog in Hand

Pastel’s Imaginarium – a travelling theatre and curiosity collection – has returned! Piloted by the illustrious trio Pastel, Bebung and Mee, the Imaginarium brings colour, song and possibility everywhere it travels. Join the trio as they tell tales from near and far, introduce you to their favourite bits in the collection, and help you find the key to your imagination. Theirs is the realm of creativity: what sorts of things will you find when you visit the Imaginarium?

Filled with humour, music and non-verbal storytelling, Pastel’s Imaginarium will draw on techniques from clown, mime, dance and puppetry to animate whatever space they find themselves in, creating a site-specific spectacle for audiences of all ages.

The original production of Pastel’s Imaginarium in 2023 was made possible by the support of the Mississauga Arts Council & Rama Gaming House, Frog in Hand, the Wee Festival, the Guild Festival Theatre, the Port Credit BIA and Clay & Paper Theatre.
